Job Description and Requirements
Job Description:
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Control the expenditures in different types (Inventory, CAPEX and OPEX) against budget.
Maintain a log sheet for all POs with its different categories.
Assist in the financial reporting by preparing the required reports and analysis include performance variance analysis, revenue analysis, profitability analysis, cost of sales and expenses analysis, and other financial statements analysis.
Work closely with the Accounting Team, Procurement Team and other related teams to ensure accurate reflection of the financial transactions.
Ad-hoc requests upon needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
3-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or other related fields.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, and strong knowledge in financial modeling.
Familiar with ERP.
Excellent analytical skills, data gathering skills, problem solving, communication skills, accuracy, and attention to details.
Organized, respect deadlines, willing to learn and self-motivated.
