We are looking for Business Support Officers with 1+ years of experience in e-commerce or customer support. In this role, you shall provide a range of administrative and support services to facilitate business operations and service delivery such as desk research, replying & answering customer inquiries, filling out potential applications, and much more.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Arabic & English
- Good presentation skills to be able to pitch ideas
- General administrative support
- Basic research skills
- Conducting training
- Preparing proposals for B2B clients/ partnerships
