مؤهلات:
بكالوريوس هندسة في الهندسة المدنية أو الميكانيكية
دقيقة. خبرة 3 سنوات في صيانة المرافق وقيادة الفريق.
الواجبات
جدولة وتدريب والإشراف وتحفيز الموظفين لقسم الصيانة.
تنسيق العمل المنجز من قبل البائعين الخارجيين.
ضمان كفاءة الجداول الزمنية للإصلاح ومراجعة تقديرات تكلفة الإصلاح.
إعطاء الأولوية للصيانة وإصلاح معدات الشركة وقطع الغيار.
مراقبة ومراقبة المخزون.
تنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات السلامة للإدارة.
عرض تنظيم جيد وإدارة الوقت ، وتحديد أولويات المهام وإكمال الواجبات بنجاح في الوقت المحدد.
تنسيق جهود عامل الصيانة للتأكد من الاحتفاظ بممتلكات صاحب العمل مثل المباني والأراضي

Required to hire:
Maintenance Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Civil OR Mechanical Engineering
- Min. 3 years experience in utilities maintenance and team leading.
Duties
- Schedule, train, supervise and motivate employees for the maintenance department.
- Coordinate work performed by outside vendors.
- Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates.
- Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts.
- Control and monitor inventory.
- Implement safety policies and procedures for the department.
- Display good organization and time management, prioritize duties and successfully complete duties on time.
- Coordinate maintenance worker efforts to make sure employer property like buildings and grounds are kept up
- Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues
- Communicate plans for upper level improvements to maintenance worker staff
- Follow purchasing and material control guidelines.
- Be able to recognize and refrain from divulging any confidential matters
