Required to hire:
Maintenance Supervisor
* Qualifications:
– Bachelor of Engineering in Civil OR Mechanical Engineering
– Min. 3 years experience in utilities maintenance and team leading.
* Duties:
– Schedule, train, supervise and motivate employees for the maintenance department.
– Coordinate work performed by outside vendors.
– Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates.
– Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts.
– Control and monitor inventory.
– Implement safety policies and procedures for the department.
– Display good organization and time management, prioritize duties and successfully complete duties on time.
– Coordinate maintenance worker efforts to make sure employer property like buildings and grounds are kept up
– Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues
– Communicate plans for upper level improvements to maintenance worker staff
– Follow purchasing and material control guidelines.
– Be able to recognize and refrain from divulging any confidential matters
