Job Description:
Iconics Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team in Amman. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting employees and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to candidate interviews and selection.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns as they arise.
Assist with performance management activities, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR roles.
Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws in Jordan.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
