Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree of Pharmacy.
At least 1:2 years of experience in similar position.
Ability to work with a team and being an effective team member
Good understanding in the QA processes and the Agile development process
Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
Description:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conducting regular investigations to guarantee that workers’ follow safety procedures as required
Conducting quality audits as required to ensure compliance with GMP, Quality standards.
Performing pre and post-production quality checks and providing related reports accordingly.
Carrying out the issuance and weighing process of raw materials to guarantee the conformity of specifications to quality standards, approving the release of materials to production, as well as ensuring compliance of raw material storage with regulatory guidelines
Ensuring compliance of plant conditions (Humidity, Temperature,…etc) with set guidelines
Checking machine conformity to standards as well as ensuring periodic maintenance implementation
Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor

درجة البكالوريوس في الصيدلة.
ما لا يقل عن 1: 2 سنوات من الخبرة في منصب مماثل.
القدرة على العمل مع فريق وأن تكون عضوا فعالا في الفريق
فهم جيد في عمليات ضمان الجودة وعملية التطوير الرشيقة
معرفة مصطلحات وأساليب وأدوات ضمان الجودة.

الواجبات والمسؤوليات:
إجراء تحقيقات دورية لضمان اتباع العمال لإجراءات السلامة كما هو مطلوب
إجراء عمليات تدقيق الجودة كما هو مطلوب لضمان الامتثال لمعايير GMP والجودة.
إجراء فحوصات الجودة قبل وبعد الإنتاج وتقديم التقارير ذات الصلة وفقا لذلك.
القيام بعملية إصدار ووزن المواد الخام لضمان مطابقة المواصفات لمعايير الجودة والموافقة على إطلاق المواد للإنتاج وكذلك ضمان امتثال تخزين المواد الخام للإرشادات التنظيمية
ضمان الامتثال لظروف المصنع (الرطوبة ودرجة الحرارة,... الخ) مع مجموعة من المبادئ التوجيهية
التحقق من مطابقة الماكينة للمعايير وكذلك ضمان تنفيذ الصيانة الدورية
أداء واجبات أخرى تتعلق بالوظيفة التي يكلف بها من قبل الرئيس المباشر
