Business Administrative Assistant

An IT company based in Amman is looking for a Business Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time. If interested and meet the requirements, please send your CV and cover letter to eyan.careers@gmail.com with the job title in the subject line

Key Responsibilities

- Improve efficiency and productivity of our operations
- Consulting with key members of staff to assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Manage all social media pages and oversee company's interactions with the public through social media platforms
- Order clerking, processing and managing invoices for the company
- Providing customer service over phone, email and social media accounts
- Calendar Management to optimize productivity through efficient scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings either with business partners or potential customers
- Vendor and Contract Administration to handle vendor registrations and process purchase orders
- Ordering office supplies and managing stock control; Filing documents, records management and bookkeeping;
- Update website content as needed and perform data entry tasks
- Perform tele-sales tasks and contacting potential and existing customers by phone to inform them of company's products, services and offers

Requirements and qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field
- 0-1 years of experience in Business Administration
- Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written) (edited)
