Sr. Front End Developer
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle
- Frontend: .NET Core 2.0 / REST
- Workflow and Rules Engine: Decisions
- System Integrations Experience
- JIRA, Bitbucket, Web Services, ETL
- Strong communication and documentation creation
- Design and develop .NET web applications
- Design and develop .NET applications with Microsoft’s Azure cloud-hosted platform
- Collaborate with Back-end developers
- Define and communicate technical and design requirements
- Provide training, help, and support to other team members
- Build high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future
- Develop functional and sustainable web applications with clean codes
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Learn about new technologies
- Stay up to date with current best practices
- Conduct UI tests and optimize performance
- Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve applications
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and system administrators
- Participate in conferences and educational programs
- Follow new and emerging technologies
Requirements and qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Back-end developer
- In-depth understanding of web development
- 2-3 years of experience with programming languages like NET, C#, ETL, IIS, MS SQL Server, Nginx SQL, Java, Ruby, PHP, and Python
- 2-3 years of experience with CMS framework
- Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- BA degree in Computer Science or similar relevant field
Preferred Skills:
- WEB: JSON, Web API, Single Page Apps, ReactJS, Redux, and Node.js
- BACKEND: Azure, Cloud, and Microservices/Service-oriented architecture
